These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and lod646 ("lod646," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the lod646 online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services available at lod646.net (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any lod646 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. lod646 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

To access the full range of lod646 services, you must register a player account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may register and maintain only one (1) lod646 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. lod646 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lod646 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. lod646 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). lod646 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by lod646 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

3.5 Account Suspension. lod646 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. lod646 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Requirements. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. lod646 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the lod646 cashier page. lod646 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as daily and monthly transaction limits, are set out on the lod646 cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. lod646 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. 6.3 Technical Malfunctions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lod646 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any lod646 content without prior written consent from lod646.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lod646 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the lod646 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

lod646's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lod646 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

lod646 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Any other reason that lod646 determines, in its sole discretion, warrants account termination.

Upon termination for cause, lod646 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, any real-money balances in the account. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any required verification.

You may close your lod646 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any pending withdrawal requests and KYC requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

lod646 operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

lod646 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, lod646 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice to registered players via email or platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, or updates required by changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The current version of these Terms is always available on the lod646 Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the lod646 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
